Founded in 2002 by U.S. attorney Fernanne Kirkham, Kirkham Law brings more than 25 years of legal experience to matters that shape lives, reunite families and cross borders.

Born in Jamaica and a United States citizen, Fernanne is a graduate of the University of Miami and the University of Florida College of Law. Her work spans immigration and international trade, with a distinguished career that includes becoming the first Jamaican appointed by the World Trade Organization to hear an international trade case. She also served as Executive Director of Jamaica’s Anti-Dumping Commission and Legal Counsel to the Jamaican Fair Trading Commission.
