Should I prepare my own Immigration forms?FAQs
How can I become a U.S. Citizen? While U.S. immigration forms are publicly available, preparing them without legal guidance can carry significant risks. A single mistake, omission, or misunderstanding of the law can delay your case—or even lead to a denial. Working with experienced immigration counsel helps ensures your application is prepared accurately, complies with current requirements, and is strategically positioned for approval from the start.

Explain the differences between Immigrant and Non-Immigrant Visas? IMMIGRANT VISA - allows a foreign national to live permanently in the United States. These visas have specific eligibility categories with their own requirements and application process e.g. family-based immigration, employment-based immigration, and investor or special immigrant categories.
NON-IMMIGRANT VISA - allows a foreign national to enter the USA temporarily for a specific purpose. Each visa type has distinct eligibility requirements, documentation standards and most importantly permitted activities in the United States, e.g. B-1/B-2 visitor visa (tourism and business travel), F-1 student visa, H-1B work visa, and L-1 intracompany transfer visa.
What can cause visa cancellation or visa denial?Common reasons why USCIS may deny or revoke a visa include incomplete or inaccurate applications, missing documentation, failure to meet eligibility criteria, prior immigration violations, or concerns about fraud or misrepresentation. Even minor errors or inconsistencies can result in delays or a refusal. A visa may also be canceled after approval if USCIS or a consular officer later determines that the applicant is inadmissible, provided false information, or no longer qualifies under the visa category
